chise-db software package provides CHISE db, the character information database, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install chise-db
chise-db is installed in your system.
Make ensure the chise-db package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep chise-db *
You will get with chise-db package name, version, architecture and description in a table
